Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests may be approved in full or in part, and we review them in accordance with applicable law and the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Billing periods
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period unless applicable law or an approved refund requires a different outcome.
